Sue's classes are wonderful; from her friendly welcome to the differentiated exercises so people can find their own level as well as seeing how they can then progress to adding more complexity. Sue is not only knowledgeable but also mindful to make the classes fun, and organises socials so those who attend can also meet and chat outside of the class if they wish. This is the only exercise class I have ever managed to continue to regularly attend, and my back feels all the better for it. Thank you Sue for all your hard work; can't recommend enough.

I am really enjoying Sue’s Pilates classes. Sue is very enthusiastic and her classes are skilful, fun, varied, interesting and suitable for all levels. Sue also designs exercises with a focus towards particular interests eg. equestrian or area’s of the body that you want to focus on. I would definitely recommend giving Pilates a try, it’s been great for my balance, flexibility, coordination and core strength.
